I was the lead project manager for the development of 127 units of family and formerly homeless housing financed with 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, California Debt Limit Allocation Committee tax-exempt bonds, San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (SF MOHCD) gap financing, CA Housing and Community Development (HCD) Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities, Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) Affordable Housing Program, San Francisco Local Operating Subsidy Program, and conventional permanent financing from Barings.

A sole developer project by Chinatown Community Development Center. I was the lead project manager working on the rehabilitation for 200 units of public housing at North Ping Yuen financed with the US Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program, 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, California Debt Limit Allocation Committee tax-exempt bonds, SF MOHCD gap financing, FHLB Affordable Housing Program, and conventional permanent financing from Bank of America.

A sole developer project by Chinatown Community Development Center. I was the lead project manager for the acquisition and rehabilitation of 19 residential hotel (SRO) units plus a ground floor church space financed with the SF MOHCD Small Sites Program and bridge financing from the SF Housing Accelerator Fund. I also identified an entitlements pathway to convert the ground floor church space into 11 SRO units, bringing the total unit count to 30 units.
