Survey & Design - We’ll walk the site with you, generate a survey, and help you select a designer to create a permit set.
Permitting - We’ll help you navigate the gauntlet of city departments to submit and obtain a permit to begin construction. While the project is permitting, we’ll work with you to select a general contractor.
Construction - We’ll manage the contractor from site work to completion to ensure timely delivery of your ADU.
Operations - We’ll help you lease the ADU so that you can begin to pay back loans taken out for the project.
